Safe Working Instructions – General Information

These safe working instructions provide advice about the safe disposal and collection of materials on site.

1. No passengers are allowed into the site, they must disembark at the weighbridge area and rejoin the vehicle when it is exiting the site.
2. Do not enter the site during tea breaks; 10am-10.15am, or lunch time 1.00pm-1.30pm.
3. Please park safely in the weighbridge area and await instruction from the site foreman.
4. Visitors must not enter the site unless accompanied by a site operative. Mandatory PPE must be worn at all times. Any possible risks, danger or hazards observed should be reported immediately to the site foreman.
5. Site staff may refuse entry to any vehicle/driver he/she feels may compromise safety of personnel or other visitor/users. Only properly trained and authorised drivers may drive on site.
